Missing teenage girl may have traveled between Greenock and Glasgow


Greenock Police have launched an appeal to locate a missing Greenock teenager.

Jade Murray, 16, was last seen Friday, December 3 on Cumberland Road in the city around 12:30 p.m.

Jade is believed to be traveling between Glasgow and Greenock with friends and the police are calling on her or anyone else with information about her safety to get in touch.

She is described as 5’2, slim build with long blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing a black skirt, black shoes, black tights, a white shirt, a black cardigan and a gray puffer jacket.

Anyone with information on Jade’s whereabouts is urged to contact 101 quoting Incident Reference Number 1246 of December 4, 21.
